Seed Terms & Conditions

Orders:
  • Orders are shipped Mon-Fri via UPS or Spee-Dee. Bulk orders will be shipped via a freight carrier.
  • Typical turnaround is 2-3 days. Allow 5-7 days during peak season (Spring & Fall seeding).
  • Seed may also be picked up at the Agrecol Fulfillment center at 10101 N Casey Road, Evansville, WI 53536. Pickup appointments maybe scheduled for Mon-Fri 8 Am to 4 Pm. No walk-ins please.
Warranty:
  • Agrecol LLC guarantees all species to be true to botanical name, location of origin, and meet the seed test specification on our bag label.
  • Agrecol LLC does not warranty products beyond the purchase price of the product.
Returns:
  • All sales are final. Merchandise return requires written authorization from Agrecol LLC. Agrecol reserves the right to deny a return or charge a restocking fee.
  • Damage or shortages must be reported to Agrecol within 48 hours of receiving shipment.

Plant Terms & Conditions

Orders:
  • Orders are shipped Mon-Wed via Fed Ex. This ensures that the plants are delivered before the weekend.
  • Plant orders are scheduled on a first come, first ship basis. Typical turnaround time is 2-3 days, it maybe 7-10 days during peak times.
  • Agrecol only ships plants that are healthy with sufficient top growth and root development. Orders maybe delayed until the greenhouse determines that plants are in peak health for shipment. This ensures that our customers receive the highest quality plants. Orders received in winter are shipped when the plants are ready next spring.
  • Plants may also be picked up at the Agrecol's Greenhouse located at 7900 W Caledonia Rd, Edgerton, WI 53534. Pickup appointments maybe scheduled for Wed-Fri 8 Am to 4 Pm. No walk-ins please.

  • Agrecol takes utmost care in preparing and packing plants for shipment. We ensure they are fully hydrated, healthy and boxed securely to guarantee successful transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving shipment if plants have been mishandled/damaged in transit or if there are shortages. If possible please take photographs as it greatly assists us in handling claims with the carrier. Customer service is important to us and we will do our best to ensure complete satisfaction.
