Wet Prairie Short Stature Mix
(STANDARD MIX) SM-WPS
Wet prairies typically grow in deep rich soils that are high in organic matter. They also occur in areas where the drainage is poor or in areas that collect water from the surrounding landscape. Wet prairies can survive saturated soil conditions or ponded water for short periods of time, especially after the plants are established. Our wet prairie mixes are grass dominated but they also include several sedges. These mixes will grow best in full sun.
